You are correct as usual Mr. Fish. But the instructions are listed for alot of ER stuff. The nagging question to me is what project is GM working on ? If he's trying to fix the cone sag on those 421's, use the water based latex on the back of the surrounds and ajust the cone height with some paper towels. If it's something else, use the thinner based dope. ie: 416's or 515's. The latex will give you a higher qts and will dry "tighter". The thinner based dope loser with a lower qts.
